Basic Function:

The Warehouse and Inventory Coordinator will manage all aspects of organizing, receiving, staging and storage and database management of inventory.  This position requires a high degree of attention to detail and strong computer skills paired with self motivation and ability to work in an undirected environment. 



  • Ensures Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner always
  • Follow all HSE policies that pertain to the shop
  • Order parts and supplies, create purchase orders, follow up on delivery dates, receive parts electronically and put them away into electronic storage locations
  • Allocate Parts via sales orders/purchase orders to projects.
  • Provides support for material orders in accordance with project BOMs and production schedules.
  • Layout warehouse in a productive, logical manner and maintain it in the same manner.
  • Administers daily cycle counts and annual full physical counts; prepares reports of inventory balance, shortages, and other financial data as required
  • Ensure the purchase of materials and services are performed as required and consistent with policies and approval levels
  • Utilize database software, MS Excel, MS Word and MS Outlook. Will use other computer applications such as spreadsheets, word processing, email and database software and performance of assigned work.
  • Recognize damaged items or shipping discrepancies and report on differences for accounting, accounts payable and record keeping purposes.
  • Completing in-town pickups and properly securing loads to ship safely on the truck



  • Forklift and skid steer operation certification/experience
  • 1+ years of experience in a similar or related role
  • Valid drivers license with acceptable driver's abstract
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office considered an asset
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
